I did way, way better than I expected. I am an emotional eater, to say the least. Right now there is a pretty major thing going on in my life, and I gave in twice to my emotional eating. It could have been a lot worse than it was, but it was still worse than it should have been.
Here are the stats:
- Lose 1 lb a week: I lost 2.5 pounds this week, for a total of 6 lbs for this challenge and 58 lbs gone forever.
- Track everything : Once again, I started the week full force but by about half way through, I was done tracking.
- Walk daily: I walked most days.

oh I can sooo relate I am an emotional eater-it's the craziest thing-I can feel stress coming on and it'll be like I could eat everything in the house!
